Nov. 12

Strong-arm street robbery: 1 a.m., 3700 Auburn Way N. Somebody robbed a male at an Auburn bus stop. Police did not disclose what the robber got, whether more than one robber robbed the male, whether the male was hurt, or indeed whether the male was boy or man.

And stay out!: 9:53 p.m., 3920 A St. SE. Ronald McDonald gave two misbehaving clowns the McScram for acts of undisclosed bad behavior.

Wire theft: 8 a.m., 24th Street and L Street Northeast. Thieves pinched an undisclosed quantity of wire from light poles.

Nov. 13

Disorderly conduct: 6:18 p.m., 600 Auburn Way S. Police arrested a woman for putting too much vim and verve into her begging.

Felony eluding: 10:43 p.m., 2800 block of South 200th Street. Auburn police got into a short car pursuit of .7 miles with a cocaine seller before they handed the baton to Des Moines police who ultimately handed it off to the King County Sheriff’s Office in Seatac who finally stopped the guy with a pit maneuver. Police arrested the man for selling cocaine and trying to elude them.

Assault with a knife: 9:30 p.m., 32115 105th Place SE. Police arrested a girl for stabbing her boyfriend.

Strong-arm robbery: 9:59 p.m., 200 block of 10th Place Southeast. A robbery of some type occurred. The victim, of one gender or the other and of an age undisclosed, was not hurt. The suspect whom police did not describe got away.

Nov. 14

Theft: 8:20 a.m., 2910 block of Auburn Way North. A woman called 911 to complain that somebody had broken out the passenger side window of her van and stolen her purse.

Purse theft: 1:30 p.m., 1102 Auburn Way S. Somebody reached into a woman’s purse and stole her wallet at the Auburn Library.

Shoplifting: 10:59 p.m., 101 Auburn Way S. Police arrested a fellow for swiping an undisclosed quantity of fermented beverages from Safeway.
