Auburn Police blotter | Oct. 13

Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among any others, between Oct. 3 and 7:

Oct. 3

Burglary: 5 a.m., 301 Lund Road S.W. Burglars stole undisclosed items from a fenced area.

Theft: 11:18 a.m., 12401 SE 320th St. Police arrested someone for trying to steal something at Green River College.

Oct. 4

Theft: 5:33 a.m., 1102 Outlet Collection Way SW. Someone stole a woman’s purse while she was in her car trying to obtain a caffeinated beverage.

Hit and run: 6:40 a.m., 1600 B St. NW. A hit-and-runster damaged a light pole.

Shoplifting: 9:31 a.m., 101 Auburn Way S. A guy who had previously been trespassed from Safeway entered it once again and stole $21.88 worth of consumable goods.

Misbehaving: 3:53 p.m., 2500 F St. SE. Police busted a boy for being bad on a bus, his badness undisclosed.

Oct. 5

Fraud-impersonation: 12:20 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. A woman with a felony state Department of Corrections warrant and a local misdemeanor warrant against her name used a fake ID to pick up a slot jackpot she had previously won. Police provided her accommodations in the SCORE jail.

Order to surrender weapon: 4:31 p.m., 340 E. Main St. A court ordered a man to turn in his firearm, and he did.

Shoplifting: 4:29 p.m., 1231 Auburn Way N. An unidentified person stole two bottles of Jack Daniels from Rite Aid.

Oct. 7

Bogus bomb threat: 12:45 p.m., 29000 block of 132nd Avenue SE. Police investigated a bomb threat and found it to be groundless.
