The Bi-Annual Sanitary Sewer Repair/Replacement Project performs in-street construction on 3rd Street Southeast, from Pike Street Southeast to R Street Southeast.

Construction begins Thursday and continues Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, weather permitting.

The road work allows for the construction of a new sewer main across 3rd Street Southeast and restoration of the road base. Traffic will be maintained through the construction zone by flaggers. However, 3rd Street Southeast will be limited to one lane access and residents are notified to provide extra driving time when traveling through this construction zone.
