The 2011 Arterial and Collector Pavement Preservation project is scheduled to begin construction activities on Wednesday on 4th Street Southeast from Auburn Way North to K Street Southeast.

Construction is expected to last approximately two weeks. The work is weather dependant.

The working hours for the project are weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. During construction the road will remain open to traffic, but traffic will be reduced to one lane with alternating one-way traffic at times. Traffic delays should be anticipated.

The project will perform pavement patching on the street to repair damaged pavement.
