Emergency repair of a damaged sewer pipe at the intersection of 8th Street NE and R Street NE will require one-lane flagged traffic on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Long delays are expected and alternate routes are advised during the work, please plan accordingly.
