From April to October, construction of the Auburn Way South Corridor Improvements Project is now underway and will require lane restrictions on Auburn Way South (State Route 164) from Hemlock Street SE to Dogwood Street SE, Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

Additionally, from Monday, May 11, to Thursday, May 14, construction work will require closure of Hemlock Street SE at Auburn Way South during work hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to allow for demolition and clearing of property at the intersection. Detour routes will be posted.
