The 2010 Local Street Pavement Preservation project is scheduled to begin construction activities on Wednesday in the intersection at L Street and 2nd Street Southeast.

Construction will require the closure of the intersection to all traffic, weather depending. Alternate routes are advised.

Construction is expected to take two weeks to complete and detour routes will be posted.
