Starting May 1, through approximately May 24, construction of the Lakeland Villas Development project will require lane restrictions on Thomas Avenue Southeast between Lake Tapps Parkway Southeast and 66th Street Southeast from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to construct a new entrance off Thomas Avenue Southeast.
During the construction period, lane closures will take place intermittently as needed to complete the work. The work is weather dependent and flaggers will be on site to control the traffic.
Access to residences within the project area will be maintained during construction but delays should be expected
