The YMCA of Greater Seattle has named Jason Berry executive director for the Auburn Valley YMCA. Berry will direct and oversee all branch operations and community relations.
Berry previously held leadership positions with the Palo Alto Family YMCA and Hilltop YMCA in Richmond, Calif., overseeing a broad range of operational activity including revitalizing member services, supervising major fundraising and renovation activities and establishing new events and community partnerships.
Originally from Washington state, Berry and his family are enthusiastic about returning to the Northwest and expanding the reach and impact of the Auburn Valley YMCA’s family-focused programs and events. He is a graduate of Whitman College in Walla Walla and holds a masters in kinesiology from San Jose State University.
