Apple Physical Therapy is collecting new and “gently used” coats for the Salvation Army. Donations will be collected at all 26 Apple Physical Therapy locations in the Puget Sound, including Auburn at 720 12th St. SE.

The drive runs Oct. 31 to Nov. 18.

Apple Physical Therapy has organized an annual coat drive for the Salvation Army since 2002, and collected almost 2,000 coats this last year. The coats are distributed for free to those in need by the Puyallup Valley, Thurston County and Seattle Salvation Army chapters.

In addition to the coat drive, Apple Physical Therapy adopts families served by the Salvation Army during the holiday season.

Locally owned, Apple Physical Therapy operates 26 clinics throughout King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties. In addition to physical therapy, Apple provides work injury rehabilitation, massage therapy, sports medicine, hand therapy, fall prevention and women’s and men’s health services.
