The Daughters of the American Revolution, Lakota Chapter of Auburn, recently honored Karen Bouton for voluntary community service duty.

She was praised for her outstanding, endless work and restoring Peter Saar Cemetery in Kent. The chapter also honored Bouton for taking second place in Washington at the DAR State Conference in Redmond.
