Jonathan Kenney is the new lead pastor at Auburn’s New Day Christian Fellowship, 1312 Second St. SE.

The church board of leadership and the Pacific Northwest Conference Ministerial Appointments Committee announced the appointment last week.

Kenney, his wife, Stephanie, and their four children come to New Day from Spokane, where Jonathan Kenney had been a worship and associate pastor.

The Kenney’s first Sunday at New Day is Jan. 6.
