The Lakeland Hills Elementary and Mt. Baker Middle School PTSAs presented the first annual Cats and Dogs 1K/5K Fun Run on Saturday at Roegner Park.

A bake sale and raffle followed the run/walk, with proceeds benefitting both schools, helping to underwrite a broad range of programs.

Seahawks mascot Blitz was on hand to entertain and encourage participants.
