CenturyLink’s utility work to require lane closures at Auburn Way North and 30th Street NE on Monday

CenturyLink Communications’ utility work on Monday, Oct. 15 at the intersection of Auburn Way North and 30th Street NE will require single-lane closures from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the following locations:

• Northbound curb lane on Auburn Way North (NE corner of intersection)

• Eastbound curb lane on 30th Street NE (SE corner of intersection)

The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during this time, but delays should be expected. Please pay close attention to police officers, flaggers and signs.

Elsewhere

• On Monday, Oct. 15, construction work by ICON Materials for the 15th Street NE/NW preservation project will require a closure of southbound traffic on A Street NE, from 15th Street NE to approximately 200 feet south of the intersection, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The work is dependent on weather and may be re-scheduled without further notice.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Detour routes will be in place.

• Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 16, through Wednesday, Oct. 17, construction work by Tucci & Sons, Inc. for the local street pavement reconstruction project will require a right lane closure on northbound Auburn Way North at 17th Street NE, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The work is dependent on weather and may be rescheduled without further notice.

Access to businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.
