The Auburn Domestic Violence Task Force will be holding its fourth annual Children’s Fun Walk to Stop the Violence on Oct. 31. The walk will occur from 10 a.m.-noon at Roegner Park, 601 Oravetz Road SE.

Entry fee is $10 for families. Proceeds will be used to support victims of domestic violence.

In the spirit of Halloween, event organizers encourage walkers to wear family friendly costumes, with a reminder that purple is the color for domestic violence awareness.

Prizes will be awarded. Pets on leashes are welcome.
