Harassment with knife

The Auburn Police Department was dispatched on Nov. 7 after receiving a report at approximately 8:27 p.m. regarding a harassment incident in the area of a neighborhood retail center. According to the department’s public information log, a man was arrested for felony harassment around the 1800 block of Howard Road in Auburn. The department’s log listed a knife as evidence in the incident and one victim.

Strangulation

Auburn police were dispatched on Nov. 5 after receiving a report at approximately 5:35 p.m. regarding a misdemeanor child abuse situation. According to the department’s public information log, a man was arrested for strangling his son around the 2200 block of 50th Street in Auburn. The log listed additional offenses committed in the incident including obstruction of justice and assault.

Convenience store robberies

Auburn police were dispatched on Nov. 4 after receiving a report at approximately 11:07 p.m. regarding a robbery involving a firearm at the address of a convenience store. According to the department’s public information log, a robbery occurred in the 3700 block of Auburn Way North in Auburn. The department’s log listed an additional offense of felony harassment in the incident. The department’s log listed $200 in cash stolen in the incident.

Two days previously on Nov. 2, at the same convenience store, Auburn police were dispatched after receiving a report at approximately 11:05 p.m. regarding another robbery involving a firearm. Another $200 in cash was listed stolen in the incident from the store’s cash register. The department’s log listed two unidentified suspects in the incident.

Armed robbery

Auburn police were dispatched on Nov. 1 after receiving a report at approximately 4:39 p.m. at the address of a casino resort regarding a robbery involving firearms. An armed robbery was reported near the 2400 block of Auburn Way South, according to the department’s public information log. The department’s log listed three victims involved in the incident, with a purse, iPhone, ID cards, bank cards, and keys stolen.
