Local Cub Scout Pack 432 hosts a community fundraiser and recycling event on Saturday, April 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at UpTekk Recycling Center, 219 Frontage N., Suite A, Pacific.

Don’t have items to donate or recycle but still want to support our local cub scouts? Via One Hope will provide free samples of their coffee and kitchen goods. Wine, gift boxes and crates will be available for sale. Ten percent of sales are donated to Cub Scout Pack 432. Anyone who donates, recycles an item or makes a purchase can enter in a raffle to win a mystery prize from participating sponsors.

What will be accepted: electronics such as; computers; laptops; cords; printers; AC adapters/chargers; remote controls; receivers; office phones; servers; stereo equipment; cellphones; telephones; LCD monitors; computer parts; printers; ink and toner; DVD/VHS/Blue Ray players; cable/satellite boxes; keyboards; mice; radios; hand-held electronic devices; and MP3 players. All hard-drive data will be automatically wiped at the facility.

Other items being accepted: clothing; shoes; belts; towels; hats; blankets and linens; purses; socks, and jewelry; household items; toys; books; décor; and stuffed animals.
