Auburn police arrested and charged a suspect with felony assault in the second degree in the incident. The department’s log listed a single victim.

Residential burglary

Auburn police were dispatched on May 15 after receiving a report at approximately 7:45 p.m. regarding a residential burglary in Auburn. According to the department’s public information log, a residential burglary without any forced entry occurred in the 2200 block of H Street Southeast. Auburn police arrested and charged a suspect with felony burglary in the first degree in the incident. The department’s log listed two victims.

Agency assist

Auburn police were dispatched on May 21 at approximately 3:08 a.m. to assist the Kent Police Department with apprehending a suspect in Kent. According to the department’s public information log, an Auburn Police Department K9 was used to capture an assault with a firearm suspect in the 11300 block of Southeast Kent Kangley Road. Law enforcement arrested and booked the suspect on a felony charge of assault in the first degree.
