The White River Valley Museum is accepting entries today for its Best Friends Youth Poetry Competition.

What is a best friend? Is a best friend a person, an animal or a favorite toy? What makes best friends so great?

The museum wants to know more about what you think friendship is and what the term “best friends” means to you.

Enter the poetry competition for a chance to have your poetry displayed alongside those shown in the museum’s display – Best Friends, Antique Images of Animals and Their People – win money and have your poetry read by hundreds of people.
