Hit-and-run: Auburn police responded on Nov. 10 after receiving a report at approximately 7:12 a.m. regarding a hit-and-run traffic collision. According to the department’s public information log, the hit-and-run occurred between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Nov. 10 in the 1600 block of E Street Northeast. Police arrested a man in the incident for the hit-and-run of attended property, additionally citing him for providing a false statement to a public servant. The collision resulted in damages to a street sign and a vehicle.

Multiple crimes: Auburn police responded on Nov. 9 after receiving a report at approximately 9:24 a.m. regarding a weapons offense. According to the department’s public information log, police arrested a man for multiple crimes in the 800 block of Auburn Way North, including possession of illegal substances and possession of a dangerous weapon in the city. Police collected fentanyl and a pair of metal knuckles as evidence in the incident.
