Free immunizations for Auburn students will be given daily, Monday through Friday, at three locations in Auburn, coordinated by the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Committee for Auburn – The Healthiest City in Washington – 2020.
Beginning this school year, sixth-graders are required to have Tdap immunizations and high school students are required to have their second varicella (chickenpox) immunization or verification of the disease from their doctor by Oct. 7.
Immunizations are available at:
• HealthPoint Auburn, 126 Auburn Ave., 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday-Wednesday; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Friday
• HealthPoint Auburn North, 923 Auburn Way N., 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday-Friday
• MultiCare Auburn Family Practice, 735 12th St. SE, 8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday; 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 9 a.m.-5:15 p.m. Wednesday.
No appointment is necessary.
MultiCare Family Practice Clinic, HealthPoint and Seattle & King County Public Health helped coordinate the free immunizations for students.
