Gator Fest returns to GRCC on Sept. 21

Gator Fest – Green River Community College’s festival – returns Saturday, Sept. 21 on campus, 12401 SE 320th St., Auburn.

The community festival, which runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., includes more than 50 food, arts and crafts and commercial vendors; the “Roving Reptiles” show and exhibit; a KidZone with an inflatable playground, climbing wall and pony rides; a Gator Gait 5K Fun Run and the Bracketstars Classic Car Show.

There also will be local entertainment on the Community Stage and KGRG Today’s Rock Music Stage.

A dedication of the new Cedar Hall with a free pancake breakfast is on the menu.

“Dog Fest” offers canine-friendly activities like “Pups on Parade”, contests, miles of trails and vendors. Local rescue organizations also will be on-site with adoptable dogs looking for homes.
