The Seattle Iron Indians have teamed up with Auburn Valley Cars in sponsoring a holiday giving tree to help families who are supported by the Children’s Home Society of Washington.

The giving tree stands in the service department at Auburn Valley, 3317 Auburn Way N., for customers and friends to donate. Donations will benefit the Children’s Home Society services in Auburn.

A customer can choose a tag from the tree, purchase a new item for the child in the age range listed on the tag, then return the unwrapped item to Auburn Valley Cars no later than Dec. 18.

The Seattle Iron Indians will collect donations on Dec. 18, wrap them and distribute them.

The Seattle Iron Indians, a 35-member non-profit group (Indian motorcycle group) has adopted the Children’s Home Society for four years. It has donated several thousands of dollars and countless hours of time, school supplies and other needs to the society.
