Firefighters and supporters will be holding out their boots, looking for donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, “Black Friday,” Nov. 26.

Members of the Valley Professional Firefighters Union, Local 1352 and the Valley Regional Fire Authority Governance Board will staff the intersection near the Auburn SuperMall, 15th Street Southwest and Supermall Drive, hoping to catch shoppers in a giving mood.

Donations can be made from 8-11 a.m.
