Woodchipper theft: Auburn police responded on Oct. 24 after receiving report at approximately 3:22 p.m. of the felony theft from a tree service business in the 31100 block of 116th Avenue Southeast. According to the department’s public information log, the business reported the theft of a woodchipper. Law enforcement recovered the woodchipper later in another jurisdiction. Police have identified a person of interest in the investigation.
