Kindergarten registration for Auburn School District’s 2009-10 school year will begin Monday.
Elementary schools will be open for registration between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily.
Parents are encouraged to register their 5-year-old children on or shortly after this date. Early registration helps the schools plan effectively, have sufficient staff and create a smooth introduction for students entering kindergarten.
Parents must bring their child’s official birth certificate and a current immunization record at the time of registration. State law requires parents to present immunization information documenting that their children meet the state requirements before being registered at school.
