The King County Council on Monday adopted the 2016 update to the King County Comprehensive Plan (2016-0155) and the 2016 Real Property Asset Management Plan (2016-0159).
At the meeting, the council voted on individual amendments to the comprehensive plan and then voted to approve the legislation, as amended. Adoption of the comprehensive plan and property management plan completes the council’s nine-month-long process of deliberation and public input on the proposal, in addition to the review and public outreach performed by Executive Dow Constantine in 2015.
All of the amendments that were considered by the council, as well as their pass/fail status, can be found on the council’s comprehensive plan website.
The full schedule for the plan update process can be found on the council’s website.
