Auburn police currently have no suspects in the homicide of a 21-year-old man, who was found shot multiple times in the Auburn Environmental Park.
The Auburn Police Department responded to the Auburn Environmental Park in the 400 block of Western Avenue Northwest after receiving a report at approximately 12:21 a.m. Monday, April 17, of a fatal shooting.
Police arrived to find the man who had been shot multiple times. First responders transported the man to Harborview Medical Center where he died, according to the department.
Police declared seven shell casings, a single bullet and magazine, and a cable were found at the scene as evidence.
Auburn police have requested assistance and any information from the public because they have no suspects at this time.
The Auburn Reporter will name the man after the King County Medical Examiner’s Office releases his identity.
