Auburn’s Karen Meador has been appointed to the King County Historic Preservation Program’s Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC).
Working with the King County Landmarks Commission and county employees, the CAC will guide an update of the county’s Historic Preservation Strategic Plan. The plan will focus on the priority actions and programs the county should engage in the next five to 10 years to further its goal of preserving historic and archaeological resources.
Meador is a member of the Neely Mansion board and the Association of King County Historical Organizations Board of Trustees.
