Kaitlyn Nichole Jensen, a 2014 Auburn Mountainview High School graduate and a pre-nursing major at the University of Arizona, has become a member of The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).

Jensen, who has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout her years of schooling, was recently offered a job as an athletic training technician for Arizona’s football team.

In addition, Jensen received an honorable request to become a member of The NSCS, based on GPA and class standing as a freshman. NSCS is a member of the Association of College Honors Societies and is the nation’s only interdisciplinary honors organization for first-year and second-year college students. Jensen will be officially inducted in fall semester 2015, where she will join the top 20 percent of collegiate students, nationally.

When asked about her success, she referred back to the Auburn School District, giving credit for providing her with the foundation and avenues for future success.
