From Monday, May 15 through approximately May 26, construction work for the Auburn Way South improvements project will require night work and closure of Riverwalk Drive to through traffic from Howard Road to Auburn Way South.

Additionally, traffic on Auburn Way South (SR 164) from Muckleshoot Plaza to Dogwood Street SE will be reduced to one lane in each direction through the project limits.

Traffic impacts will be from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday evening through Friday morning.

Access to businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction. Please use caution and pay close attention to police officers, flaggers, construction sign directions, and follow the posted detours. This work is dependent on weather.
