We noted that “Auburn Good Ol’ Days” is no longer called “Good Ol’,” just plain “Auburn Days.”

Hmmm. The new shortened name lacks pizazz, don’t you think?

Why not call it “Auburn Celebration Days” or “Auburn Festival Days” or “Auburn Fun Days” or “Auburn Summer Fest,” etc.

There are any number of additions to “Auburn Days,” which would enhance the title since “Good Ol’ ” must not sound modern enough for the planners.

Just a thought.
