Auburn made away for pet owners and their beloved pals on Saturday.

Animals of all kinds, sizes and descriptions flourished at a place fittingly called Game Farm Park.

Despite rain showers, the sixth annual Petpalooza shined – from the Dog Trot, a family-oriented fun run/walk event, to the pet parade.

The Auburn Parks, Arts and Recreation Department puts on the innovative, internationally award-winning festival each May.

The free event featured live entertainment, pony rides, contests, an agility area, demonstrations, more than 150 vendors and other activities.

The Hyperflite Skyhoundz Disc Dog Championships returned to thrill the audience.
