The Auburn Valley Y invited kids and families from the community to participate in Healthy Kids Day, a national event that helps promote youth health and wellness.

This year’s race car-themed event last Saturday featured more than 50 different activities for kids, including health and wellness resources for families.

The first 100 kids received a free T-shirt. A free 10-minute massage was offered for parents. Gene Juarez provided free haircuts for boys/up-dos for girls.
