DEC. 8

Controlled substance: 9:47 a.m., 800 block of 4th Street Northeast. A student at Auburn High School was in possession of a marijuana cigarette. He was suspended from school and is being charged with possession.

Truck theft: Overnight, 2900 block of Auburn Way S. A woman told police that someone had stolen her blue 1990 Nissan pickup, the second time in a year.

Controlled substance: 11:12 a.m., 110 2nd St. SW. Two juveniles were found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the Sound Transit Bus Station, earning each of them an arrest.

Assault: 4:30 p.m., 500 block of M Street Southeast. Police arrested a man by citation for assault after he grabbed his ex-gal pal by the chin and shoved her onto a couch.

Vandalism: 9:56 a.m., 30908 124th Ave. SE. Yahoos unknown broke two classroom windows at Lea Hill Elementary.

Boosting bras: 8:45 p.m., 1101 Supermall Way SW. Somebody or several somebodies yet unknown swiped an unspecified number of brassieres from Victoria’s Secret.

Drug equipment: 4:59 a.m., 4700 block of Foster Avenue Southeast. Unspecified items used to make methamphetamines were located on Foster Avenue Southeast.

Burglary: 5:15 p.m., 30200 block of 104th Avenue Southeast. Two unknown subjects entered a residence, helping themselves to wine and video cameras before learning that the residents were home.

DEC. 9

Burglary: 1:40 p.m., 1300 block of M Street Northeast. A residential burglary was reported. The homeowner believed the suspect entered his house through a rear sliding glass door. Laptop computers, a revolver and possibly some jewelry were missing from the home.

Harassment: 3:25 p.m., 3600 Emerald Downs Drive NW. A replacement truck driver reported that striking Oak Harbor Freight Lines employees were following him in a red Volkswagen.

Strong arm robbery: 7:55 p.m., 1216 A St. SE. An unknown white male wearing a bandana over his face attempted to rob a local espresso stand employee as she took the trash out the back door after closing the business. The suspect fled on foot and could not be located after the employee was unable to give him any money.

DEC. 10

Vandalism: 7:54 a.m., 1200 block of 68th Street Southeast. Persons unknown spray painted somebody’s house and vehicle.

Assault: 3:56 p.m., 29700 block of 52nd Avenue South. A city code enforcement officer told police a person or persons unspecified had assaulted him for reasons not given in some unspecified way.

Theft: 4:48 p.m., 500 block of 51st Street Southeast. Somebody stole seven yard ornaments valued at $700 from a residence.

Assault: 5:15 p.m., 12400 block of Southeast 320th Street. Police arrested a man for two counts of assault after he touched two females without their say so.
