Sept. 29

Burglary: 10:10 a.m., 257 E. Main St. A business was burglarized during the night with entry made through the roof. Suspect took cash from the register and broke the back door to exit the building.

Sept. 30

Assault: 11:13 a.m., 300 block Oravetz Place SE. An out-of-control juvenile ran away from staff at his elementary school. He assaulted his teacher and the police officer when he was being escorted back to school.

Theft: 11:09 a.m., 4700 block B St. NW. A subject driving a bronze truck with a Washington license plate was seen stealing various items from a business.

Theft: 12:46 p.m., 2900 block Auburn Way S. Two juvenile males stole four cases of beer. One juvenile male dropped the two cases he was carrying as he exited the store.

Assault: 8:53 p.m., 2900 block M St. SE. Police arrested a 13-year-old juvenile girl for domestic violence at the Emerald Heights Apartments. Arrestee kicked her mother in the mouth and brother in the leg.

Burglary: 8:57 p.m., 32000 block 110th Ave. SE. A family reported unknown suspects entered their unlocked barn and stole a model set used for playing war games. There were no other items stolen from the barn.

DUI: 10:02 p.m., 700 block Auburn Way S. An man was arrested for driving under the influence after colliding into the rear of another vehicle in the McDonald’s drive-thru lane and then failing field sobriety tests.

Oct. 1

Arson: 2:59 a.m., 620 37th St. SE. Unknown suspects set trash dumpsters on fire at Mt. Baker Middle School, Rio Blanco Restaurant and Albertson’s.
