Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service between Nov. 15 and Nov. 20, among many others.
Nov. 15
Arson: 5:20 p.m., 116th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 312th Street. An abandoned vehicle was found ablaze.
Controlled substance: 5:53 p.m., 700 block of 6th Street Southeast. Someone left drugs and a gun outside of a residence, and Auburn police scooped ‘em up.
Misdemeanor vandalism: 9:30 p.m., 55 A St. SE. An act of undescribed malicious mischief went down at the Savage Kat Tattoo.
Nov. 16
Commercial burglary: 7:49 a.m., 1403 F St. SE. A business owner reported a burglary to a neighboring business.
Nov. 17
Suspicious: 3:11 p.m., 2901 Auburn Way. A man rang up 911 to report he’d found a gun near the back side of his apartment.
Robbery: 3:31 p.m., 1701 Auburn Way S. A machete-wielding robber robbed a Walgreens.
Theft: 12:05 p.m., 762 Outlet Collection Drive SW. Someone stole a woman’s purse at Walmart.
Nov. 19
Misdemeanor harassment: 4:15 p.m., 300 block of 11th Street Southeast. Police busted a man for domestic violence harassment.
Nov. 20
Assault: 12:15 p.m., 1300 block of 17th St. NE. In an early afternoon spasm of domestic violence, someone assaulted a woman.
Misdemeanor harassment: 8:21 p.m., 3800 block of H Street Northeast. According to Auburn police, a man harassed someone else via the telephone.
