A person arriving at work in Pacific early morning on Aug. 14 found the body of a young Auburn man outside.

The Pacific Police Department says it is investigating the death of 22-year-old Scott Lainono Declaro as a homicide.

Police units responding to the industrial park in the 200 block of Stewart Road Southeast just after 5:30 a.m. Aug. 14 found the body outside with obvious wounds.

Police identified the body as Declaro’s on Saturday.

Police ask that anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area of Stewart Road Southeast Friday morning to call Valley Communications at 253-288-2121 and reference Pacific police report number 20-0612.
