A 19-year-old man who was shot utside a fast food restaurant in Auburn on Aug. 12 has since been released from Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Auburn police say someone from a dark sedan full of people shot the man, who was on foot, at about 9:12 p.m., before the vehicle left the parking lot of the Jack in the Box in the 600 block of A Street SE.
One person is in police custody, with perhaps more to follow, said Auburn Police Cmdr. Mike Hirman.
What started the dispute is as yet unknown.
“Unknown really, possibly music the victim was listening to,” Hirman said.
Police are investigating the incident.
