Public invited to opening of Lea Hill Park Oct. 30

The public is invited to attend a special ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the opening of Lea Hill Park at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30 at the new park site, the corner of 124th Avenue SE and SE 316th St.

The public is invited to attend a special ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the opening of Lea Hill Park at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30 at the new park site, the corner of 124th Avenue SE and SE 316th St.

The new Lea Hill Park is a 7-acre parcel that the City of Auburn acquired as part of a land exchange with Green River Community College.

The former park on SE 320th Street will become the new Green River Community College Trades Center Building.
