Auburn police were dispatched on Jan. 7 after receiving a report at approximately 5:34 p.m. of a robbery involving firearms at a business in Auburn that had occurred about two hours previously. According to the department’s public information log, a robbery occurred in the 1100 block of Outlet Collection Way Southwest at a business. The department’s log listed $4,000 in gold jewelry as stolen in the incident. The incident involved six victims, including the business robbed.

Robbery with weapon

Auburn police were dispatched on Jan. 8 after receiving a report at approximately 2:24 a.m. regarding a robbery involving an unidentified weapon in Auburn. According to the department’s public information log, police arrested a man for robbery in the 200 block of 6th Street Southeast. Police booked the man on a charge of robbery in the first degree and recovered stolen items including a cellphone, vehicle keys and a credit card.
