Aggravated assault: Auburn police were dispatched on Aug. 4 after receiving a report at approximately 3:34 p.m. to an aggravated assault at an apartment complex. According to the department’s public information log, an assault occurred at a unit in the apartment complex in the 12700 block of Southeast 312th Street. Police arrested an individual on a charge of assault in the second degree. The incident involved one victim. According to the department’s log, the assault resulted in injury to the victim and involved no weapons.

Assault in the second degree: Auburn police were dispatched on Aug. 4 after receiving a report at approximately 7:46 p.m. of an aggravated assault at a townhouse residence. According to the department’s public information log, police arrested a man on a charge of assault in the second degree in the 1400 block of 29th Street Southeast. The incident involved one victim.

Robbery in the first degree: Auburn police were dispatched on July 31 after receiving a report at approximately 2:33 p.m. regarding a robbery involving a weapon in the 1600 block of 15th Street Southwest. According to the department’s public information log, police arrested a man and woman in the incident, both on a charge of robbery in the first degree. According to the log, the incident involved one victim, with the suspects stealing money and the victim’s cellphone in the incident.

Shooting at vehicle: Auburn police were dispatched on Aug. 1 after receiving a report at approximately 12:58 p.m. regarding an assault with a firearm on Auburn Way North and 37th Street Northeast. According to the department’s public information log, an unspecified number of suspects fired shots into a moving vehicle. The offending vehicle was a 2010 Honda with a Washington license plate. The shooting resulted in damages to the car door and front driver’s side tire.
