The Auburn School District will host its 14th annual “Beyond High School Night” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Auburn Mountainview High School, 28900 124th Ave. SE.
The program encourages students and parents to explore various post-high school options, such as community and technical colleges, four-year public and private colleges, career training programs, apprenticeship programs and the military services.
Parents and students from the district middle schools and high schools are invited to attend the event. Home school and private school students also are welcome.
There will be opportunities to attend break-out sessions on numerous topics, including how to navigate the admissions process at four-year public and private colleges and universities, and community and technical colleges; financial aid; collegiate athletics; and Running Start/Advanced Placement options.
Additionally, more than 50 different colleges and universities, career schools, military services and apprenticeship programs will be available to answer questions and share information.
