Dec. 19

Aid call: 3:12 p.m. (Lea Hill). Firefighters responding to a woman having abdominal pain evaluated and transported the patient to Valley Medical Center by private ambulance for further evaluation and treatment.

Dec. 20

Aid call: 8:23 a.m. (Auburn). Firefighters and King County Medics assisted an elderly female complaining of chest pain. The patient was transported to Auburn Regional Medical Center (ARMC) by firefighters.

Dec. 21

Aid call: 11:36 a.m. (Pacific). Firefighters responded to an adult man with chest pain. The man was treated by firefighters, evaluated by King County Medics, then transported to ARMC by private ambulance.

Dec. 22

Trailer fire: 5:42 p.m. (south Auburn). Firefighters responding to a travel trailer fire found an older, 10-foot travel trailer parked behind a residence with a large amount of fire involvement. Firefighters successfully extinguished the fire. There were no injuries to firefighters or citizens. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Dec. 23

Multiple vehicle accident: 5:30 a.m. (Auburn). Firefighters responded to Highway 18 near the 304th Street exit for a multiple vehicle accident. Arriving units found 12 vehicles that had lost control in various locations on Highway 18 due to black ice on the roadway. Three patients were transported to local hospitals for minor injuries. Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.

Dec. 24

Aid call: 7:04 a.m. (Pacific). Firefighters responded to an adult male in respiratory distress. The patient was evaluated and treated at the scene by firefighters and King County Medics. The patient was transported to ARMC for further evaluation and treatment.

Dec. 25

Aid call: 5:32 p.m. (Lakeland). Firefighters assisted an adult female with a seizure. The patient was left in the care of family members.
