Feb. 11

Aid call: 8:30 a.m., (Lea Hill). Firefighters helped a woman suffering blurry vision caused by a migraine, and a private car transported her to Valley Medical Center.

Feb. 12

Fire alarm: 8:30 a.m., (Auburn). Firefighters responding to an automatic fire alarm and finding a misbehaving system reported it to the building owner and the alarm company.

Feb. 13

Odor investigation: 2:44 p.m., (Algona). Firefighters responding to a report of a chemical smell in a residence nosed out a faint odor but were unable to track it to its source.

Feb. 14

Aid call: 5:45 p.m., (Lakeland Hills). Firefighters helped a woman suffering from a partial airway obstruction, and a private ambulance transported her to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center (MAMC) for further evaluation.

Feb. 16

Aid call: 11:40 a.m., (Pacific). Firefighters treated a girl who had sprained her ankle falling from playground equipment at Pacific City Park then gave her a ride to her home, three blocks away.

Feb. 18

Motor vehicle accident: 1:32 a.m., (Auburn). Firefighters and King County Medics responding to a roll-over motor vehicle accident and finding that the driver had sustained multiple injuries, evaluated, treated, and transported that person to MAMC.
