The Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority and Valley Regional Fire Authority offer a free car seat class to help parents and caregivers ensure that they are keeping their kids safe when in a vehicle.

The class runs from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Fire Station 31, 1101 D St. NE, Auburn.

The class, taught by certified child safety seat technicians, includes a one-hour classroom portion with installation how-to’s and car seat education.

Following the classroom portion, the technicians will work with each attendee to ensure that their car seat is installed correctly in their vehicle.

Space is limited for the free class.
