Firefighters from Valley Regional Fire Authority responded to a reported mobile home fire at 2302 R St. SE, No. 130 in Auburn on Sunday around 7:55 p.m.

Arriving units found heavy smoke and flames coming from the rear of the mobile home. Firefighters quickly knocked the flames down, then entered the structure to control and extinguish the fire.

Firefighters searched the mobile home and found no occupants, they also protected adjacent structures from heat damage. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.

The fire is currently under investigation. A damage estimate has not been determined.
