Cindy Woods, an instructor at the American Karate Escrima Association School of Self Defense on Main Street in Auburn, teaches a Tai Chi class.
The class is for all ages, but specifically tailored to senior citizens, with low impact activities to raise the heart rate. There’s strength conditioning and flexibility exercises to improve motion and balance.
