Albert Paul Sobotta, 90, longtime Auburn resident, passed away on November 13, 2018. Albert was born on October 11, 1928 in Hurdsfield, North Dakota to Bernard and Mary Sobotta.

After serving in the US Navy, Albert went to work for the Boeing Company where he worked for over 30 years. Albert was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church and was a member of the Auburn Eagles.

Mr. Sobotta is survived by his wife, Norva; daughters, Beth Meyer, Norva Nussy, and Alana (Wayne) Schuler; siblings, Norma McCoy, Berneda Bailes, and Buz Sobotta; nine grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
