Betty Gayle Teaman
Born June 13, 1926. Transitioned at the age of 84 on October 15, 2010.Born in Wabash County in the town of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, her family moved to Pontiac, Michigan where her father was an electrical engineer at Pontiac Motors. Betty lived in many places in the Midwest before moving to California in 1976 to live near her daughter Vickie. Later in life Betty moved to Auburn, Washington in September of 2004 to live near her daughter Candice in her retirement years. She enjoyed oil painting, gardening, playing piano and she loved her home in Auburn. Her cherished companions were her feline friends, Little Man, Sabrina, Ginger and Zel who have made the journey with her. Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband Phillip J. Teaman and her parents, Oliver Leon Seibert and Flossie Zelma Eckiess-Seibert, nay Baynes and her dear sister Rita Jean Seibert, nay McAboy. Betty is survived by her loving family; daughters Candice Young, Vickie Hidalgo and sons-in-law, Clyde Stanton and William Hidalgo, grandson, Anthony Beckett, nephew, Curt McAboy and dearest friend LuAnne Ferhle.
